We run the server for you. We apply OS and security patches, set up and check backups, monitor the server and answer your tickets from our team in Delhi.
Is my server managed by AI?
Partly, and always with people behind it. Our AI operations assistant watches every managed server around the clock (disk, mail, security alerts, backups, certificates, updates), fixes routine problems itself and records each step in your ticket. Anything risky waits for an engineer’s OK, and our team in Delhi answers your tickets.
What do I still do myself?
You decide what runs on the server and look after your own application and its content. Ask us if you want something beyond the managed list and we tell you if we can do it.
Can I move from self-managed to managed?
Yes. Send an enquiry with your plan and we tell you the steps and the managed price.
Do you offer bigger or dedicated servers?
