Online stores with payment gateway, orders and GST invoices
A shop is more than a checkout page. Behind it are orders, payments, invoices and deliveries that must agree with each other. We build stores in which these parts work together.
What we build
We build online stores and catalogues for businesses that sell products or services on the web. The visible part is a catalogue with search, a cart and a checkout. The larger part is behind it: the order flow from the first click to delivery, payment status, stock levels, GST invoices and the messages your customers receive.
Payment is done through a licensed payment gateway that you choose. We connect your store to the gateway and handle the awkward cases: a payment that succeeds after the customer closes the page, a notice that arrives twice, a refund. The gateway holds and moves the money under its own licence. We build the software and never hold or move client funds. Choice of provider, contracts and regulatory questions are for you and your own adviser.
You can use a ready-made shop platform, or have a store built to your own process. We tell you which makes sense for your case, and we say so if a ready-made platform is enough.
Where it helps
Orders that are paid but not marked paid
Reliable handling of the gateway notices keeps the order and the payment in step, also when a notice is late or arrives twice.
Invoices made by hand after each sale
The store creates a GST invoice for every paid order, in the layout and numbering your accountant asks for.
Customers asking where the parcel is
Each order has a status, from received to delivered, that you update and that the customer can see.
A catalogue that is hard to keep current
Products, variants, prices and stock are managed from one admin area, with import from a spreadsheet.
Refunds and failed payments handled by mail
Refunds and failed payments get a record in the system, with every step written down.

From brief to handover
Every project starts with a short brief and a written quote. How a software project starts.
- 01 · BRIEF
You tell us what the software must do, who uses it and which systems it must work with. The form takes five minutes.
- 02 · QUOTE
We ask our questions, then send a written quote: scope, milestones, price in rupees + 18% GST and the payment schedule.
- 03 · BUILD
We build in milestones and you review each one. Changes in scope are agreed in writing first.
- 04 · HANDOVER
You get the code, the access details and the documentation, then support from us if you want it.
E-commerce: questions
Do you hold or transfer our customers' money?
No. We build the software. The licensed payment gateway you choose holds and moves the money. IT Labs India never holds or moves client funds.
Which payment gateway should we use?
We can connect gateways that offer a developer interface, including UPI. The right one depends on your business and your adviser's view. We help you compare, and you decide.
Can the store make GST invoices?
Yes. Each paid order gets an invoice with the GST details. We set it up with your accountant's requirements.
Can you connect delivery or courier services?
If the courier offers an interface we can use, yes. We check this at the start and write it in the quote.
Can you work on our existing store?
Yes. We review it first and tell you whether to extend it, repair it or rebuild it.
What does it cost?
We give a written quote after a short brief. GST at 18% is added.
