Privacy policy

1. Who is responsible

IT Labs India, Plot No 47, G/F, B-1, Sewak Park, West Delhi, New Delhi, Delhi 110059, India, sells services under the name Delhi Hosting and is responsible for the personal data described here. Contact: sales@it-labs.in.

2. What we collect

When you send the enquiry form, we collect:

• the plan you ask about,
• your name,
• your company,
• your email address,
• your phone number,
• your PAN or GSTIN,
• your message.

If you become a customer, we may ask for more details. See Customer verification.

3. Why we use it

• To answer your enquiry.
• To verify customers.
• To invoice.
• To meet our legal duties.

4. Where it is stored

The data from the enquiry form is stored on our own servers.

5. Rate limiting

To stop abuse of the enquiry form, we limit how often it can be used. For this we use a salted hash of your IP address that changes every day. We do not store the IP address itself.

6. No tracking

This site has no analytics, no tracking cookies and no third-party scripts. The only thing it stores in your browser is your choice of light or dark theme.

7. Data on your servers

The data on a server you rent from us is yours. We access it only on managed plans, to do the work of the plan, or when the law requires us to.

8. Your rights

You can ask us for access to your personal data, for it to be corrected, or for it to be deleted. Write to sales@it-labs.in. We handle these rights in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

9. Changes

If we change this policy, we publish the new text on this page with a new "Last updated" date.

10. Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of India. The courts at New Delhi have jurisdiction.
