Cancellation and refunds

This is a proposed policy of IT Labs India. It may change before we take paid orders.

1. Cancelling

You can cancel any time. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for. Write to support@it-labs.in to cancel.

2. Refunds

• There is no refund for a month that has already started, except when we cannot deliver the service.
• On longer terms, you can ask for a refund of the prepaid full months that you have not used.
• Domains are non-refundable once registered.

3. How refunds are paid

We pay a refund within 14 days, to the original payment method.
