Integrations: APIs, payment gateways and SMS, WhatsApp and email messaging

Most businesses run on several systems that do not talk to each other. We connect them with integrations that handle retries, failures and bad data, so information moves by itself and stays consistent.

What we build

Systems integration makes separate applications exchange data and trigger each other. An online order creates an invoice in your accounting package. A payment confirmation updates stock. A new enquiry sends a message to the customer. Done well, nobody notices it. Done badly, orders go missing and finance spends days reconciling.

We build against REST and SOAP APIs, webhooks, queues, file exchanges and, when there is nothing better, direct database access. We pay attention to what makes integrations dependable: a retry must never create a duplicate, a slow partner must not block you, what comes back must be checked, and logs must let you trace one record across systems.

Payments and messaging are the two kinds we are asked for most. For payments, we build the software around a licensed provider that you choose: checkout, webhooks, refunds, payouts and reconciliation. We never hold or move client funds. For messaging, we build or extend SMS, WhatsApp Business and email systems, with sender IDs, approved templates, delivery reports, unsubscribe and suppression handling. Registrations and regulatory questions belong to your business and your own adviser.

Problems it solves

Where it helps

Double entry across systems

Staff key the same order or customer into two or three tools. An integration removes the repetition and the typing errors.

Payment flows that do not reconcile

Gateway callbacks, refunds and failed payments are handled properly, with a clear record of each step.

CRM, ERP and accounting out of step

Customer, product and invoice data stays consistent in both directions, with rules for conflicts.

Messages rejected or not delivered

Wrong sender IDs, unapproved templates or do-not-disturb numbers cause silent failures. The platform should check before sending and report after.

Messaging without a proper unsubscribe

Mass email needs one-click unsubscribe, suppression lists and sending caps. We build them in from the start.

What you get

  • A data-flow diagram of what moves where, when and why
  • Integration code with retries, duplicate protection and queueing where needed
  • Webhook endpoints and API clients that are secured and respect rate limits
  • Checkout, refunds and reconciliation reports with the licensed payment provider you choose
  • SMS over provider APIs or SMPP, WhatsApp Business through an official provider, and email with unsubscribe and signed mail
  • Monitoring and alerts when an integration fails or falls behind
  • Test runs against sandbox systems before go-live, and documentation of mappings and recovery steps

How it works

From brief to handover

Every project starts with a short brief and a written quote. How a software project starts.

  1. 01 · BRIEF

You tell us what the software must do, who uses it and which systems it must work with. The form takes five minutes.

  2. 02 · QUOTE

We ask our questions, then send a written quote: scope, milestones, price in rupees + 18% GST and the payment schedule.

  3. 03 · BUILD

We build in milestones and you review each one. Changes in scope are agreed in writing first.

  4. 04 · HANDOVER

You get the code, the access details and the documentation, then support from us if you want it.

Questions

Integrations: questions

Which systems can you integrate?

Anything with an API, webhook, database or file export: payment gateways, CRMs, accounting packages, online shops and messaging providers.

What if a system has no API?

We look at database access or scheduled file exchange first. We explain the trade-offs of each before we choose.

Do you hold our customers' money?

No. We build the software. The licensed payment provider you choose holds and moves the money. Provider choice, contracts and regulatory questions are for you and your own adviser.

Do you handle SMS and WhatsApp?

Yes. WhatsApp goes through an official Business provider, and you need a provider account and approved message templates. For SMS in India, the sending business does its own DLT registration. We build the software side: sender IDs, templates and the checks around them.

How do you stop duplicate or lost records?

With unique keys, queues, retries with back-off, and logs that let you trace each record from end to end.

How do you price and take payment?

We do not publish prices. After a short brief we send a written quote that names the APIs involved and any approvals you need to obtain. Payment is by IT Labs India invoice with a payment link, and GST at 18% is added.

Tell us what you need

A short brief is enough. We reply with questions or a written quote, without obligation.
